New forums up at MODDB

Just wanted to let everyone know that we've activated the forums in MOD DB for the mod.  This will let us interact in a more streamlined fashion with you, the players.

Also, we have finally gotten the code to work right for the mobile suits to use their waists as turrets, meaning that mobile suits will become more dynamic in their movement, targeting of enemies, and become more useful than before.  Also it should help us differentiate the different units even futher through allowed movement and fire types based on the weapons the units are equipped with.

I really like your mod, but can you add the RX-0 Unicorn gundam, please?

thanks, we are doing the best we can. Development has been stalled the last few weeks simply do to us working on changing all of the units over to a new system.

Basically, we've turned the waist and arms into seperate turrets on the models. This lets us only have to animate the legs for movement, along with letting the unit twist and move it's arms to target enemy units while moving. It's worked pretty good so far, but some units (Freaking Gundam Alex) have been stubborn pain in the buts that have taken time to do. Still, this system will make the units be more useful in the field (particulary the ability to walk backwards while still firing at their enemies is pretty useful).

And finally this adds to the units presentation, making them move and look around while not actually doing anything instead of just sitting there doing nothing and having the arms aim at their targets instead of a generic attack animation that never seemed to look right.

Hey, quick question... I seem to be having a problem getting it to run. Does it require the Kane's Wrath expansion? If not...what am I doing wrong? x_x I extracted it to the Mods folder, fully updated the game...I start it up and it's just vanilla CnC:3.

Ignore that request... I got it working. xD Nicely done so far. Once all the models are finished it'll be beautiful.
